أثر التطبيقات البرمجية في تحسين جودة المخرجات التعليمية (دراسة تطبيقية على أكاديمية العلوم الشرطية بالشارقة)

Abstract

The study aims to introduce the concept of the role of interactive software applications, with application to the adopting of the Police Sciences Academy of specialized renewable educational methods, in addition to investing in software applications, multimedia and its smart applications that enable it to adapt to these modern and emerging data. The importance of using technology and modern applications in education as an effective and integrated approach to improving the quality and efficiency of educational outcomes through applying the best practices of software applications and integrating them into the educational learning environment, as a driving force to achieve a qualitative shift towards improving the quality and efficiency of educational outcomes, as applied to the Academy of Police Sciences in Sharjah.

The descriptive method was used for the theoretical and qualitative analytical aspects of the study to provide a comprehensive scientific framework for the concept of interactive software applications, and its role in improving the quality and efficiency of educational outputs, in an attempt to link the theoretical and practical sides to keep pace with the rapid developments in the fields of education that help to master the different and diverse concepts of teaching and learning. This is in addition to conducting various processes and skills related to improving the quality and efficiency of security educational outcomes, in particular, to ensure the sustainability of positive educational outcomes and outcomes.

In its first axis, the study dealt with the basic concepts of interactive software applications, including software technologies, multimedia and their smart applications, as well as previous studies related to the subject of the study, as well as analyzing the relationship between software applications, media, learning systems, and the quality of the educational process in its second axis. The study attempts to anticipate future possibilities for improving the quality and efficiency of educational outputs, by applying to the Academy of Police Sciences in Sharjah, in its second axis. The study reached a number of results, recommendations and suggestions

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بمفهوم دور التطبيقات البرمجية، من خلال تبني أكاديمية العلوم الشرطية بالشارقة أساليب تعليمية متخصصة متجددة، بجانب استثمار التطبيقات البرمجية والوسائط المتعددة وتطبيقاتها الذكية، التي تمكنه من التكيف مع هذه المعطيات العصرية المستحدثة. تبرز أهمية استخدام التكنولوجيا والتقنيات الحديثة في التعليم كمدخل فعال ومتكامل لتحسين جودة وكفاءة المخرجات التعليمية من خلال تطبيق أفضل ممارسات التطبيقات البرمجية ودمجها في البيئة التعليمية كقوة دافعة ومحرك رئيسي لتحقيق نقلة نوعية نحو تحسين جودة وكفاءة المخرجات التعليمية، بالتطبيق على أكاديمية العلوم الشرطية بالشارقة.

استخدم الباحث الأسلوب الوصفي للجانـب النظري والتحليلي الكمي لعناصر الدراسة لتقديم إطار علمي شامل لمفهوم التطبيقات البرمجية وأثرها في تحسين جودة وكفاءة المخرجات التعليمية، في محاولة للربط بين الجانبين النظري والعملي لمواكبة التطورات المتسارعة في مجالات التعليم التي تساعد على التمكن من المفاهيم المختلفة والمتنوعة للتعليم والتعلم، إضافة إلى إجراء العمليات والمهارات المختلفة ذات الصلة بتحسين جودة وكفاءة المخرجات التعليمية الأمنية.

وقد تناولت الدراسة في محورها الأول المفاهيم الأساسية للتطبيقات البرمجية وتشمل أنظمة التعلم والوسائط المتعددة وتطبيقاتها الذكية، وكذلك الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة، وكذلك تحليل العلاقة بين التطبيقات البرمجية والوسائط وأنظمة التعلم وجودة العملية التعليمية في محورها الثاني، بالإضافة إلى استشراف مستقبل تحسين جودة وكفاءة المخرجات التعليمية بالتطبيق على أكاديمية العلوم الشرطية بالشارقة في المحور الثالث من الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة في ختامها إلى جملة من النتائج من أبرزها أهمية توظيف التطبيقات البرمجية المتقدمة في تطوير وابتكار طرق وأساليب تعليمية حديثة لخلق نوع من التفاعلية والتشاركية بين أطراف العملية التعليمية، عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات، ومنها ضرورة الإدراك الصحيح لمفهوم التطبيقات البرمجية ودوره في تحسين جودة وكفاءة المخرجات التعليمية.
