اتفاقية العلاقة الوالدية وأثرها على الأمن المجتمعي من وجهة نظر المكلفين بتنفيذها في إمارة الشارقة

Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on the Parental Relationship Agreement issued by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Emirate of Sharjah and a member of the Federal Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates, the impact of this agreement on family and community security in the Emirate of Sharjah. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on the electronic questionnaire as a tool for data collection. From the study community, who are the employees of the Department of Social Services and the Family Court in the Emirate of Sharjah, which are charged with supervising the implementation of this agreement, The study sample consisted of 56 persons working in these two institutions, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which were: - There is an impact of the parental relationship agreement on societal security in all its dimensions (individual, family, society) and it also showed that there are no statistically significant differences towards the axes of the study (parental care agreement, the effect of the agreement on individuals, the effect of the agreement on the family, the effect of the agreement on society, attribute to personal and occupational variables (Gender, Workplace, Years of work experience), and the results showed The agreement has many contributions to maintaining family cohesion and stability, enhancing a sense of security for family members, reducing social problems, and enhancing society's role in solving social problems and maintaining social security.

الملخص العربي

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على اتفاقية العلاقة الوالدية التي أصدرها صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى، حاكم الشارقة وانعكاس هذه الاتفاقية على الأمن الأسري والمجتمعي في إمارة الشارقة، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة الإلكترونية كأداة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة وهم العاملون في دائرة الخدمات الاجتماعية ومحكمة الأسرة في إمارة الشارقة المكلفتان بالإشراف على تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 56 شخصاً من العاملين في هاتين المؤسستين، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان من أهمها:-

وجود أثر لاتفاقية العلاقة الوالدية على الأمن المجتمعي بكافة أبعاده (الفرد، الأسرة، المجتمع)، كما بينت أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا نحو محاور الدراسة " اتفاقية الرعاية الوالدية، تأثير الاتفاقية على الأفراد، تأثير الاتفاقية على الأسرة، تأثير الاتفاقية على المجتمع"، تُعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية (الجنس، مكان العمل، سنوات الخبرة في العمل)، وبينت النتائج أن هناك إسهامات عديدة للاتفاقية في الحفاظ على التماسك والاستقرار الأسري، وتعزيز الشعور بالأمان لدى أفراد الأسرة، وتسهم في الحد من المشكلات الاجتماعية، وتعزيز دور المجتمع في حل المشكلات الاجتماعية والحفاظ على الأمن الاجتماعي.
