مسلسلات الكرتون البوليسية بين التعلم والتوعية من الانحراف والجريمة (دراسة مقارنة)

Abstract

This study aimed at detecting the impact of watching police cartoon series introduced by different communication channels, such as TV, YouTube, etc. on children's behaviour by conducting a comparative study between two well-known police cartoon series in order to identify which one of them behaved based on promoting children's awareness about delinquency and crime and which one used the educational method about crime and delinquency (intentionally and unintentionally) as well as identifying the most prominent differences between the methods of introducing the cartoon series in each series. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researchers used the comparative approach by analysing the content of each series and noticing the most important differences in the method of displaying each series. The study sample consisted of (100) episodes of the famous children's cartoon police series "Detective Conan" and (30) episodes of the children's cartoon police series “Captain Khalfan". The results revealed that the programs and contents displayed as children's cartoon police series to educate children don't perform their targeted role. Indeed, some of them teach children the methods of delinquency instead of promoting their awareness and educating them.

Based on the results, the study recommended the necessity of imposing official surveillance on the children's cartoon series displayed in the different Arabic and international channels and analysing their content by specialists in order to verify their suitability for the targeted population before displaying them.

هدفت الدراسة إلى كشف تأثير مشاهدة مسلسلات الكرتون البوليسية التي تعرض على قنوات الاتصال المختلفة كالتلفاز، اليوتيوب، وغيرها، على سلوك الطفل من خلال إجراء دراسة مقارنة بين مسلسلي كرتون بوليسيين شهيرين، للتعرف أي منهما سلك الطريق التوعوي عن الانحراف والجريمة وأي منهما نهج الطريق التعليمي للانحراف والجريمة (بقصد أو بدون قصد)، وما هي أبرز الفروق في طرق عرض كل من المسلسلين، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض استخدم الباحثون منهجية تحليل المحتوى لكلا المسلسلين، ثم استخدم الباحثون المنهج المقارن بين مسلسلي المحقق كونان والنقيب خلفان وكانت أداة المنهجية ملاحظة أبرز الفروق في طريقة عرض كل من المسلسلين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 حلقة من مسلسل المحقق كونان و30 حلقة من مسلسل النقيب خلفان، و من أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن البرامج والمحتويات التي تعرض في المسلسلات الكرتونية البوليسية لتوعية الأطفال لا تؤدي دورها في الغرض الذي صممت له بل إن منها ما يقوم بتعليم الأطفال أساليب وطرق الانحراف، وتوصي الدراسة بفرض رقابة رسمية على مسلسلات الأطفال الكرتونية التي تعرض على مختلف القنوات العربية والدولية، وتحليل محتواها من قبل مختصين للتوصل إلى مدى ملاءمتها للفئة المستهدفة أم لا قبل عرضها.
