آليات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مواجهة التطرف العنيف

Abstract

The research idea revolves around the mechanisms of artificial intelligence in monitoring and combating extremist groups' dissemination of bad, misleading ideas, destructive ideologies, fake images, and videos, especially those related to terrorism and extremism. Artificial intelligence can be used to confront violent extremism on social media platforms. Social media companies widely use artificial intelligence in their efforts to remove and ban terrorist content from their platforms. The research includes threats arising from cyberspace, such as terrorism, promotion, recruitment, exploitation, and hate speech, to random email, as the ultimate goal of terrorists is to undermine societies and political systems by generating fear and polarizing communities towards extremism. The role of artificial intelligence is to monitor and analyze extremist and terrorist trends within electronic platforms, where artificial intelligence is used to support various sectors, including security and intelligence, especially securing critical electronic infrastructure. AI is the ideal emerging technology in our era, with diverse capabilities through machine learning, neural networks, and algorithms in detecting extremist and terrorist activity, as well as improving natural languages that facilitate the nature of AI's work in combating extremism and terrorism. The study found that the use of intelligent systems contributes to confronting online violent extremism and enhancing partnerships with giant technology companies, reducing the daunting challenges of counter-terrorism. The study recommends enhancing security and technological studies to confront violent extremism and radicalism.

تقوم فكرة البحث حول آليات الذكاء الاصطناعى في رصد ومكافحة منصات الجماعات من نشر الأفكار والأيدولوجيات المتطرفة سواء من أخبار سيئة او مضللة وأفكار هدامة وصور أو فديوهات مزيفة وخاصة الإرهابية والمتطرفة وهنا يمكن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لمواجهة التطرف العنيف بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعى "المنصات الإلكترونية"، وتستخدم شركات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الذكاء الاصطناعي على نطاق واسع في جهودها لإزالة وحظر المحتوى الإرهابي من منصاتها ، واشتمل البحث على التهديدات النابعة من الفضاء السيبرانى مثل الإرهاب أو الترويج والتجنيد أو الاستغلال الجنسي وخطاب الكراهية إلى البريد العشوائي لأن الهدف النهائي للإرهابيين هو تقويض المجتمعات والأنظمة السياسية، حيث يُولد الإرهاب الخوف ، ويؤدي إلى استقطاب المجتمعات للضلال. ويأتي دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في رصد وتحليل الاتجاهات المتطرفة والإرهابية داخل المنصات الإلكترونية ، حيث يستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم العديد من القطاعات ومنها الأمن والاستخبارات وخاصة تأمين البنية التحتية الإلكترونية الحرجة ، و(AI)هو التكنولوجيا الناشئة المثالية في عصرنا ، وتتنوع قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال تعلم الآلة والشبكات العصبية والخوارزميات في التعرف على النشاط المتطرف والإرهابي بالإضافة إلى تحسين اللغات الطبيعية التي تسهل طبيعة عمل (AI) في مكافحة التطرف والارهاب – وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن استخدام الأنظمة الذكية يساهم في مواجهة التطرف العنيف عبر الإنترنت وتعزيز الشراكة مع الشركات التكنولوجية العملاقة يسهم في تقليل التحديات الأمينة لمكافحة الارهاب ، وتُوصي الدراسة بتعزيز الدراسات الأمنية والتكنولوجية لمواجهة التطرف العنيف والراديكالية.
