دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحديد البصمة الإجرامية

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the motives and justifications for the use of artificial intelligence in predicting crimes, to explain the challenges of artificial intelligence algorithms, the risks of bias and their ethical rules, and to highlight the role of artificial intelligence in identifying the criminal fingerprint during the detection of crimes. The research relied on the analytical approach, for the purpose of identifying the motives and justifications for the use of intelligence. Artificial intelligence in crime detection, explaining the challenges of artificial intelligence algorithms, their risks of bias, and ethical rules, and exploring how artificial intelligence technology can hopefully be exploited in crime scenes and criminal investigations to improve the ability of security agencies to detect crimes. The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of artificial intelligence techniques, their results, and their positive impact in the field of criminal investigations and identifying the criminal fingerprint, as artificial intelligence provides great scientific solutions that contribute to raising the value of laboratory results and understanding and analyzing forensic evidence. Artificial intelligence techniques also help in explaining how crimes occur, and recreating Building a crime scene. The research recommended that the security services in the country should seek to possess software for proactive analysis of crimes and security events based on artificial intelligence, and link it to all reports included in the unified criminal system and other relevant security systems, in order to build expectations about possible crimes and events with efficiency and speed. هدف البحث إلى بيان دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحديد البصمة الإجرامية أثناء معاينة مسرح الجريمة، والتعرف على دوافع ومبررات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التنبؤ بالجرائم، والوقوف على تحديات خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومخاطر تحيزها وقواعدها الأخلاقية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي، بغرض الوقوف على دوافع ومبررات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في اكتشاف الجرائم، وبيان تحديات خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومخاطر تحيزها وقواعدها الأخلاقية، واستكشاف كيفية الاستغلال الآمل لتكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في مسرح الجريمة والتحقيقات الجنائية لتحسين قدرة الأجهزة الأمنية على اكتشاف الجرائم. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى مدى فعالية تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي ونتائجها وانعكاسها الإيجابي في مجال التحقيقات الجنائية وتحديد البصمة الإجرامية، حيث يقدم الذكاء الاصطناعي حلولاً علمية كبيرة تسهم في رفع قيمة النتائج المخبرية وفهم وتحليل الأدلة الجنائية، كما تساعد تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تفسير كيفية حدوث الجرائم، وإعادة بناء مسرح الجريمة، وأوصى البحث بضرورة أن تسعى الأجهزة الأمنية في الدولة إلى امتلاك برمجيات التحليل الاستباقي للجرائم والأحداث الأمنية المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي، وربطها بجميع البلاغات المدرجة في النظام الجنائي الموحد والأنظمة الأمنية الأخرى ذات العلاقة، من أجل بناء التوقعات حول الجرائم والأحداث المحتملة بالكفاءة والسرعة المطلوبة لتوقع الأحداث والمشكلات الأمنية.
