Abstract

The goal of the research is to shed light on the techniques of artificial intelligence in the work of experts and groups, and to achieve this goal by seeking to search for the concept of artificial intelligence, as well as the classification of artificial intelligence, and clarifying the role of artificial intelligence in organizations and bodies, and it also reached the definition of the positive and cooperative effects of artificial intelligence in... the job. And the. The researcher followed the descriptive model of analysis in order to achieve the objectives of the study, and the study reached one of the most important results, and there was great importance surrounding the application of artificial intelligence techniques in security fields, which requires remaining more clear about these ideas to gain the trust of the work maker and users, and facilitate analysis. The pledge, and the research was found by many experts, including details of the laws and legislation related to the protection of privacy. In light of what is committed to using artificial intelligence techniques to achieve the bottleneck between what is required by general differences and freedom of action on the one hand, and the movements of people and their privacy on the other hand, it was necessary to introduce laws and legislation. Which regulates precise work and individual facts based on artificial intelligence technologies.

هدف البحث إسقاط الضوء على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الأمني وآثاره الإيجابية والسلبية، وللوصول لهذا الهدف سعى البحث لتحديد مفهوم الذكاء الأصطناعي، كما بين تصنيف الذكاء الاصطناعي، ووضح دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في المنظمات والهيئات، كما توصل إلى تحديد الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية للذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الأمني. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها وجود أخطار كبيرة تكتنف تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجالات الأمنية، وهو أمر يتطلب أن إضفاء المزيد من الشفافية حول هذه التقنيات لكسب ثقة صانع القرار والمستخدمين، ولتسهيل تحليل الأخطار، كما توصل البحث لعدة توصيات من ضمنها مراجعة القوانين والتشريعات المتعلقة بحماية الخصوصية وذلك في ضوء ما يسلتزمه استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي من تحقيق توازن بين ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة وحرية العمل الأمني من جهة وبين حريات الأفراد وخصوصياتهم من جهة أخرى، كان من الضروري استحداث القوانين والتشريعات التي تنظم العمل الأمني والتحقيقات الجنائية المعتمدة على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
