القضايا والمشكلات البحثية الحديثة لعلم اجتماع الجريمة والرؤى المستقبلية : دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

The current study aimed to attempt to monitor the most important modern research issues and problems raised at the Arab and Western levels in the field of sociology of crime by identifying and classifying them and identifying the most important global theoretical and methodological trends used in studying and interpreting crime and presenting a critical vision of global studies and research in the field of sociology of crime. The study relied on the content analysis approach in its (qualitative) aspect in addressing all Arab and foreign research and studies published in local and Arab periodicals and magazines by using the databases of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and Dar Al-Manzomah. A deliberate sample of local and Arab peer-reviewed scientific periodicals and magazines for universities and colleges specialized in social sciences and listed in the database of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the Federation of University Libraries was selected. It was determined on the basis of publishing studies and research in the field of sociology of crime covering the period from 2020 to 2022. The databases of the digital library of Naif Arab University for Security Sciences were searched to monitor Arab studies and master's and doctoral theses in the field of sociology of crime, covering the period from 2020 to 2022. The study reached important results, including the interest of modern studies in the field of sociology of crime in many modern research issues and problems, such as the problem of electronic crimes committed against women, crimes of publishing and promoting digital drugs, crimes of cyber violence directed against women, and the adoption of Arab and foreign studies of many theoretical trends explaining crime and criminal behavior, such as the theory of anomie, the theory of delinquent subculture, the cultural conflict of Celine, and the theory of differential mixing of Sutherland.

هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلى محاولة رصد أهم القضايا والمشكلات البحثية الحديثة المطروحة على الصعيد العربي والغربي في مجال علم اجتماع الجريمة من خلال تحديدها وتصنيفها والتعرف على أهم التوجهات النظرية والمنهجية العالمية المستخدمة في دراسة وتفسير الجريمة وتقديم رؤية نقدية للدراسات والأبحاث العالمية في مجال علم اجتماع الجريمة ، اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تحليل المضمون بشقه (الكيفي) في تناول جميع الأبحاث والدراسات العربية والأجنبية المنشورة في الدوريات والمجلات المحلية والعربية من خلال الاستعانة بقواعد بيانات بنك المعرفة المصري ودار المنظومة، تم اختيار عينة عمدية للدوريات والمجلات العلمية المحلية والعربية المحكمة للجامعات والكليات المتخصصة في العلوم الاجتماعية والمكشفة في قاعدة بيانات بنك المعرفة المصري واتحاد المكتبات الجامعية، حددت على أساس نشر الدراسات والأبحاث في مجال علم اجتماع الجريمة تغطى الفترة الزمنية من 2020 إلى 2022 ، تم البحث في قواعد بيانات المكتبة الرقمية لجامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية لرصد الدراسات العربية وأطروحات الماجستير والدكتوراه في مجال علم اجتماع الجريمة، غطت الفترة الزمنية من 2020 إلى 2022، توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج هامة منها اهتمام الدراسات الحديثة في مجال علم اجتماع الجريمة بالعديد من القضايا والمشكلات البحثية الحديثة كمشكلة الجرائم الإلكترونية المرتكبة ضد المرأة ، جرائم نشر وترويج المخدرات الرقمية ، جرائم العنف السيبراني الموجه ضد المرأة ، تبني الدراسات العربية والأجنبية العديد من التوجهات النظرية المفسرة للجريمة والسلوك الإجرامي كنظرية الأنومي ، نظرية الثقافة الفرعية الجانحة ،الصراع الثقافي لسيلين ، نظرية المخالطة الفارقة لسذرلاند.
